The provision for this head has been made @ Rs. 10050/-per student per year for summer bound Vidyalayas and Rs. 10350/-per student per year for  winter bound Vidyalayas and with reference to the anticipated student's strength in each class of JNVs of the region for the year 2009-2010. The allocation under this head may be provided with reference to the following approved rates/norms, effective from 1/7/2009 onwards, as detailed below :-
